Who doesn’t love a fabulous fashion show? Attendees of this year’s Style Fashion Week, held at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, were treated to four days of festivities. The events were held from October 11th through 15th, starting with an opening reception hosted by Nototrious Pink Rose, followed by the showcases for S’S ’18.
I attended the third Spring/Summer Showcase, and of course, I brought Glamlust with me – here are some highlights!
Fashion met art in Honee Persona’s dynamic collection – this showcase screamed “avant garde”, while also having a theatrical quality that I enjoyed. I loved that the makeup was equally as dramatic and editorial.
One of my favorite collections of the evening, David Tupaz’s line was all about glamour and sophistication. I loved the assortment of black, red, gold, and white ensembles paired with a bold red lip.
Sacramento-based designer and former participant on Season 11 of Project Runway, Richard Hallmarq’s collection brought urban, street chic vibes to the runway, featuring apparel for both men and women. My favorite look from this collection was the look below. . .you definitely can’t ever go wrong with black and gold!
And what fashion show would be complete without a couple snaps on the red carpet?
