I’m a bit on the pickier side when it comes to foundation. Next to skincare, I think foundation is super important when trying to achieve a fab makeup application. However, it can be tricky to navigate through the huge variety that many brands offer, especially for beginners. Do you choose a matte finish? Satin? What about the coverage? Do you want something that’s barely there, or full coverage? And choosing a foundation that best suits your skin type??…That topic alone can be dedicated to a separate post.
In my case, I have normal skin. It’s not dry or oily, but it IS annoyingly sensitive. For this reason, I’m extremely hesitant to try new skin products, so once I find something that 1) works flawlessly and 2) doesn’t freak out my skin, it’s always glamlust worthy!
I’ve been wearing this foundation for almost a year now, and I honestly have no complaints. Here are some reasons why…
- It’s my perfect match. It’s usually a challenge to find a foundation that mimics my neutral undertones, so I was immediately impressed with the color range! (I wear the shade 3.3.)
- It truly is long-wearing & full coverage, without being cakey or drying. It’s also oil free & waterproof.
- It lasts for awhile. I use this foundation almost daily, and one bottle lasts me for months.
- BONUS: This foundation also has SPF 15 – so your skin is protected, as well!

If I absolutely had to find something to complain about, it would be the price: this foundation retails for $42. While I wish it was a bit cheaper, it’s not a deal breaker since I don’t have to replace it as often, and it’s just an amazing foundation overall. I definitely think you get what you pay for with this one!
Until next time…stay glamorous! xo
